My first Inglot haul

Hello hello!!
Inglot is one of the brands I always wanted to try. A looong long time ago they had sales, so I decided it was time to pay them a visit. At first, I was very disappointed because almost everything was out of stock. So, I didn't buy anything on my first visit. The second time I went, I found almost everything I was looking for, except for palettes to put everything in. The only availiable palettes they had were the 20 eyeshadow ones (hmmm....). After contacting the company via facebook, they told me to visit another store (which is aproximately 1h and something away from where I live), and I did. I found some palettes there with no discount though ( the only store that had palettes in stock sold them at full price hmmmm x2 ). That was something really frustrating. That and the fact that the staff wasn't helpful at all. Furthermore, they didn't have any blush palettes, so my blush is still "naked" many months after I bought it. My experience wasn't what I expected it to be, but let's talk about the products now!!

I bought five eyeshadows, one blush, one lipstick (in a pan) and one concealer.
First of all, I like the fact that the eyeshadows come in a square shape. They are really really pigmented, smooth and easy to work with. The palettes are magnetic, not at all convenient. Once you put the eyeshadow in it it's impossible to remove it, plus the magnets are so strong that I frequently hurt my fingers. Despite all that, I still believe that the quality of the product overcomes the packaging issues.
The colours I bought are :
- no 355, a matte nude colour (I love to use it on the brow bone).
- no 501, a light grey with silver shimmer.
- no 487, a cool toned pink with silver shimmer.
- no 68, a very pretty cornflower blue (it also has some silver shimmer)
- no 65, a bold black colour with silver shimmer. (it is very pretty when used as an eyeliner)

They had a big blush collection! I bought just one for starters and I am pleased by its quality, so I will be back for more! I bought colour no 55 which is a dusty rose pink colour. It looks good with any make up look I create. The consistency is veeery smooth. A great product with a low price.....I just wish I had a palette to store it!

The concealer isn't anything special. I bought it for highlighting purposes, so I don't really care that it's not covering everything up. The pan contains very little ammount of product in my opinion, but I thought to give it a try, since the price was very appealing.

Lastly, the lipstick! The pan form is totally inconvinient, but I was looking for that exact colour for a long time, so I didn't pass the chance. You need a lip brush, unless you don't mind getting messy. And once again, the ammount of the product you get is poor.

I will definitely go back for more. I think the eyeshadows and the blushes are good quality and I recommend them 100%. I would like to try some of their lipsticks too. If you have any recommendations, I would love to hear them!

Christmas at the Bodyshop

   A couple of weeks ago, the Bodyshop brought out the christmas limited edition products. I was checking again and again their website to decide what to buy. When I entered the shop I couldn't make my mind, so I didn't buy a lot. I said to myself that I would buy some things to try out and if they reached my expectations I would go back. And let me tell you....I will!!

  They have lots of different sets. If you are looking for christmas presents you should definately go and check them out.

   I bought some things from the Ginger Sparkle range. The smell is divine. It kind of reminds me of coke candy. The gift set I got includes a 50ml body butter, a 60 ml shower gel and a bath sponge (lily as they call it). I got it with me on my Madrid trip and tried everything out. Most of you might know about the bodyshop's body butters. They are super moisturising (I usually use them on my legs only). One thing I liked about using both the shower gel and the body butter, was that the smell lasted quite a long time after going out of the shower.

  The other product I got is the home fragrance oil. I have a thing for candles, oils, room sprays, so I couldn't leave the store without this little magic bottle :) It makes me want to eat the air (if that was possible lol). I love burning this oil and watch the lights of my christmas tree!

   At the shop I met Nadia and Athina, who were very pleasant and helpful. Athina (who is body shop's make up artist) showed me the holiday make up collection. In my opinion,the "star" product of this collection is the The Sparkler - all over shimmer which can be used on the face, body or even hair and smells like the Japanese Cherry Blossom range. It comes in two colours gold and copper.

    Two other products that caught my eye were the bath crystals and shimmer lotion (shimmer!gimme gimme gimme.........what is wrong with me???)

  The girls were kind enough to give me a goodie bag with some samples to try out. (thank you so much!)

Madrid Haul!!

Dior Grand Bal False Lashes

Φέτος τα Χριστούγεννα θα κάνω grande εμφανίσεις με αυτά εδώ τα "μωρά". Είναι απο το εποχιακό μακιγιάζ του Dior και είναι ό,τι πρέπει για ρεβεγιόν!!! :P

Η συσκευασία είναι απο σκληρό πλαστικό και περιλαμβάνει εκτός απο τις βλεφαρίδες, κόλλα και ένα φυλλάδιο σχετικό με το προϊόν. Οι βλεφαρίδες είναι πάρα πολύ απαλές, σχεδόν όσο οι φυσικές.

Το ένα ζευγάρι έχει πυκνές  και μακριές σε φυσικό σχήμα βλεφαρίδες, ενώ στην εξωτερική πλευρά έχει μικρές πέρλες.

Το δεύτερο ζευγάρι έχει πιο μακριές αλλά λιγότερο πυκνές βλεφαρίδες που στη βάση έχουν μια σειρά απο χρυσά στρασάκια.

Just a haul!

Matte lipsticks by Sephora

 Τον τελευταίο καιρό έχω πάθει εμμονή με τα ματ κραγιόν. Μια μέρα έβλεπα ένα βίντεο της Μάρας ( My Burlesque ) και την άκουσα να μιλάει για αυτήν τη σειρά με τα ματ κραγιόν απο τα Sephora, έτσι αποφάσισα να πάω να τους ρίξω μια ματιά. Δυστυχώς, η σειρά έχει καταργηθεί και έχει αντικατασταθεί απο μια νέα με λίγο διαφορετική συσκευασία. Η πωλήτρια μου είπε οτι υπάρχουν κάποια χρώματα απο την παλιά σειρά στο Bazaar-κατάστημα τους στο Μοναστηράκι. Αφού πήρα ένα απο την καινούρια σειρά για να το δοκιμάσω ( :P ), αποφάσισα να επισκεφθώ και το Bazaar. Για κακή μου τύχη δεν είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία, αλλά κάτι βρήκα!!! Για να τα δούμε :

Η γνώμη μου? Είναι και τα δύο πολύ σταθερά, μένουν στα χείλη για πολλές ώρες. Έχουν και τα δύο την ίδια μυρωδιά (μοιάζει με βατόμουρο). Η καινούρια σειρά μου φάνηκε πιο ενυδατική απο την παλιά. Επίσης, επειδή δεν είναι τόσο "στεγνή" όσο η παλιά, είναι πιο εύκολη η εφαρμογή της. Η τιμή τους είναι στα 13 ευρώ (στο bazaar 7). Ένα αρνητικό για μένα είναι η ποσότητα τους η οποία είναι πολύ μικρή. Σίγουρα θα αγόραζα κι άλλα να δοκιμάσω. Κάτι που πρέπει να προσέξετε είναι οτι δεν είναι όλα τα χρώματα και των δύο σειρών ματ!

Εσείς τα έχετε δοκιμάσει? Αν ναι, έχετε κάποιο χρώμα να προτείνετε? (όχι απαραιτήτως ματ)

Estee Lauder's bazaar (fall edition)

Σήμερα πέρασα μια βόλτα απο το φθινοπωρινό bazaar της Estee Lauder. Την προηγούμενη φορά που το είχα επισκεφτεί είχα φύγει με γεμάτες σακούλες και άδειο πορτοφόλι....!! Σχετικό post θα βρείτε εδώ . Αυτή τη φορά άργησα να πάω, όμως, και δεν βρήκα πολλά πράγματα. Συγκεκριμένα πήρα μόνο δύο : 

• Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Lip Gloss - Wild Orchid ( 6 € )

• MAC Tendertone Lip Balm - Tread Gently ( 5 € )

Χωρίς φλας

 Και τα δύο έχουν πολύ καλή χρωματική απόδοση και είναι αρκετά ενυδατικά. Το μόνο που με ενοχλεί λίγο με το tendertone της MAC είναι οτι είναι λίγο κολλώδες για balm.
