Madrid Haul!!

     Hello everyone! First of all, I would like to ask you if you prefer my posts written in English or Greek (I have a translate button, but I was asked by some of you to write them in English)..

     On to today's post.....Last week I was in Madrid to celebrate my anniversary with the boyfriend. As you might understand, I couldn't resist the temptation to visit some cosmetic stores. I found many things that we don't have here in Greece (success!!!).

      As you can see in the photo they are quite a lot. So, I'll just write what I bought and if you are interested in anything, let me know, and I'll make a detailed review with swatches.

Sleek MakeUp i-Divine Ultra Mattes V2 Darks Palette

Well hello there!!! I hope you are all fine :)

    I think you can all imagine my excitement when I found out Sephora was bringing out two Sleek palettes here in Greece. It was the first sleek item added to my collection and it was totally worth it. The other one availiable was the Au Naturel Palette, but I have too many neutral eyeshadows, so I passed. About the Darks Palette? It was love at first sight! This item is totally right up my street!

    The packaging is the classic sleek one (matte black). It comes with a mirror (perfect size to do your makeup when you are on a trip), and a sponge applicator. The eyeshadows are very pigmented and blend well, even though they do kick up a lot of powder. 

    Let's take a closer look :

There are 12 matte colours in this palette.

1) Orbit : A deap teal.

2) Ink : A dark royal blue.

3) Highness : A purple with blue undertones.

4) Thunder : A mid-tone grey.

5) Maple : A dusty burgundy.

6) Flesh : A yellow - tan shade.

7) Noir : A dark charcoil.

8) Dune : A light sand - vanilla colour.

9) Pillow Talk : this is a bold white colour.

10) Paper Bag : A chocolate brown with red undertones.

11) Villan : A violet/eggplant purple.

12) Fern : A deep green.

     Overall, I think it is a great product . Be careful, it may not be "safe" for people who like settle, everyday makeup. This is a great value for money product (only 10 € for twelve 1,1g eyeshadows). It won't be around for too long, as it is a one shot product here in Greece, so check it out next time you visit your local Sephora.

Geeky Chic

Hello everyone!
   Lately, I had this obsession over getting a pair of geeky glasses, so when Firmoo contacted me, I got really excited! What is Firmoo? A webstore that has a huge range of glasses and sunglasses (perscription or not). The prices are very reasonable, and the most exciting part is that you can get your first pair for FREE, paying just the shipping!!
   I was very skeptical about getting glasses online.....would they fit me? Firmoo has a virtual try-on system that helped me decide which pair to get. It was fun ! :)
   After choosing the frame, I sent the company my prescription, and a week later...ta-da...the glasses arrived in an envelope, with 2 cases (a hard and a soft one), a cleansing cloth, 2 screws and a mini screwdriver-keychain.

So if you want to get your own glasses or sunglasses by Firmoo all you have to do is visit their website and give yourself or your loved ones an early christmas gift! If you do so, I would love to see your photos wearing them :) Here is mine.. (first time posting my face here..hehe...quite nervous)

Eyeslices Greece by BioIn - Διαγωνισμός για bloggers

   Επιτέλους Σάββατοκύριακο!! Καθώς,λοιπόν, απολάμβανα τον μεσημεριανό μου καφέ, έλαβα ένα mail  που με ενημέρωνε για ένα διαγωνισμό μόνο για bloggers! Τι χαρά!!!

Dior Grand Bal False Lashes

Φέτος τα Χριστούγεννα θα κάνω grande εμφανίσεις με αυτά εδώ τα "μωρά". Είναι απο το εποχιακό μακιγιάζ του Dior και είναι ό,τι πρέπει για ρεβεγιόν!!! :P

Η συσκευασία είναι απο σκληρό πλαστικό και περιλαμβάνει εκτός απο τις βλεφαρίδες, κόλλα και ένα φυλλάδιο σχετικό με το προϊόν. Οι βλεφαρίδες είναι πάρα πολύ απαλές, σχεδόν όσο οι φυσικές.

Το ένα ζευγάρι έχει πυκνές  και μακριές σε φυσικό σχήμα βλεφαρίδες, ενώ στην εξωτερική πλευρά έχει μικρές πέρλες.

Το δεύτερο ζευγάρι έχει πιο μακριές αλλά λιγότερο πυκνές βλεφαρίδες που στη βάση έχουν μια σειρά απο χρυσά στρασάκια.

Ανυπομονώ να τις φορέσω! Περιμένω να μου πείτε ιδέες για μακιγιάζ!

October Favourites!!

Άλλος ένας μήνας πέρασε...Χειμώνα δεν είδαμε, αλλά τι να κάνεις?? Θα έρθουν οι μέρες που θα φοράμε τα πουλόβερ μας και θα κρυώνουμε λέγοντας "πότε θα έρθει επιτέλους καλοκαίρι??"!!!

Εδώ είναι τα αγαπημένα μου, λοιπόν, για τον μήνα Οκτώβρη : 

Μακιγιάζ :

• MAC eyeshadow x4 - Lucky Tom : απο την παλαιότερη συλλογή Hello Kitty της MAC. Περιλαμβάνει τις σκιές : creme royal, paradisco, stylin' , lucky tom.
• Erre Due Silky Eye Pencil - 04 : ένα πολύ όμορφο κυπαρισσί.
• Oriflame Very me Fat Lash Mascara -Black : πολύ καλή για το καθημερινό μακιγιάζ.
• Essence Gel Eyeliner - 01 Midnight in Paris : έντονο μαύρο eyeliner. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα και αρκετά σταθερό.
• Erre Due Glowing Touch Bronzing Powder : ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον πολυχρηστικό προϊόν. Μπορεί να φορεθεί σαν ρουζ ή highlighter ή και σαν σκιά ματιών.
• Essence Kiss Care Love Lipbalm - 03 fruitylicious : πολύ ενυδατικό, αφήνει μια ελαφριά μεταλλική λάμψη στα χείλη και μυρίζει υπέροχα!

Περιποίηση:

• Oriflame Swedish Spa Hydrating Body Souffle Cream : δροσίζει το δέρμα, μυρίζει πολύ ωραία.
• La Roche-Posay Effaclar A.I.(Targeted breakout corrector) : paraben-free!!! Μειώνει ορατά τις κοκκινίλες-σπυράκια.
• Bioten Skin Repair Antiwrinkle & Firming Eye Cream : Πολύ ενυδατική, είδα το δέρμα πιο φωτεινό και σφιχτό.
• Korres Wild Rose Instant Brightening Mask : οι μάσκες του Κορρέ είναι απο τις αγαπημένες μου γενικώς. Η συγκεκριμένη μου αρέσει πολύ γιατί κάνει το πρόσωπο μου λαμπερό και πολλές φορές μετά την εφαρμογή της δε χρειάζεται να φορέσω ούτε make up ούτε bb cream, τίποτα!!
• Lush Ocean Salt : φοβερό scrub! Καθαρίζει σε βάθος. Ιδανικό για κανονικές, λιπαρές επιδερμίδες.

Μαλλιά:

• Gliss Hair Repair Ultimate Volume Root Push-up Spray : κάνει ακριβώς αυτό που λέει!
• Syoss Perfect Heat Protection : όταν το χρησιμοποιώ νιώθω σα να δημιουργεί ένα "προστατευτικό φίλτρο" στα μαλλιά μου. Θα ήθελα βέβαια να είχε λίγο πιο ωραίο άρωμα.

Άρωμα :

• Tom Ford - Black Orchid eau de toilette : το χρησιμοποίησα κυρίως σε βραδινές εξόδους. Ζεστό και πιπεράτο με μεγάλη διάρκεια.

Flormar look (Bronze smokey eyes)

Η εταιρία Flormar είχε την ευγενή καλοσύνη να μου στείλει κάποια προϊόντα της. Αποφάσισα, λοιπόν,  να φτιάξω ένα look για να σας τα δείξω. Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη απο την ποιότητα τους, ειδικά απο τις σκιές.

Η ροζ σακούλα είχε μέσα μια τριπλή σκιά, ένα κραγιόν και ένα eye liner. Εδώ είναι και τα swatches για να δείτε τα χρώματα λίγο καλύτερα αφού οι φωτογραφίες με το μακιγιάζ...μπάζουν λιγάκι απο άποψη πραγματικής απόδοσης χρωμάτων :

Η σκιά είναι η Terracotta Trio Eyeshadow - No 08, το eyeliner είναι το True Color Dipliner - Brown και το κραγιόν το Selection no46.

Και τώρα το μακιγιάζ που έφτιαξα....

Θα με ενδιέφερε πολύ να μου πείτε αν έχετε δοκιμάσει κάποιο προϊόν της συγκεκριμένης εταιρίας και αν έχετε να προτείνετε κάποιο. Έχω βάλει ήδη αρκετά στην λίστα μου!

Επίσης, θα ήθελα να μου πείτε τι χρώμα κραγιόν θα προτιμούσατε με ένα τέτοιο look!
